Amped follows the Crossfit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity to develop strength, speed, and stamina while promoting fat loss.  We focus on a combination of body weight exercises and metabolic conditioning designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level.  Each class will bring a whole new workout with a different format, different movements, and different time domains.  Workouts are fun and challenging and can accommodate any fitness level!
