CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program has take on a new curriculum called Youth Empowerment! Empowerment is a character  driven, level based, fitness system.   Classes focus on developing strong kids both mentally and physically.  Emphasis will be placed on character traits like respect, confidence, and integrity.  Fitness aspect will include the fundamentals of athleticism through running, jumping, climbing, pulling, pushing, and core.  Healthy eating and nutrition will also be covered each session.  Kids can measure their progress through our level system, earning different colored shirts as they pass through levels.

    • 1st-2nd Grade
      • 11:00-11:45 am (M/W)
      • 11:00-11:45 am (T/TH)
    • 3rd-4th Grade
      • 10:15-11 am (M/W)
      • 10:15-11 am (T/TH)
    • 5th-6th Grade
      • 9:30-10:15 (T/TH)
    • June 3rd – June 27th
    • July 8th – August 8th
  • Cost:
    • $50 per month
    • $40 for second sibling
    • $30 for any additional siblings
    • Must sign up at the YMCA

Athlete Summer Training Camp

We have developed thousands of student-athletes over the past decade in Aberdeen and NE Region of SD. We will develop functional power, speed and strength by utilizing free weight resistance training, plyometric drills, flexibility and core training. We have a wide variety of equipment and will incorporate sport specific speed, agility and metabolic conditioning drills. All student-athletes will also get one-on-one personal coaching throughout camp. We will track progress to ensure results!

  • HS Boys and Girls
    • Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 7:00-8:30 am
  • MS Boys and Girls
    • Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 7:00-8:30 am
  • 1st Session: June 3rd-June 27th
  • 2nd Session: July 1st-July 26th
  • Cost: $150 per session
