Anyone new to CrossFit will have to partake in our two week on-boarding program. It meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at either 6:00 A.M. or 6:30 P.M.  On-boarding prepares athletes who train at CrossFit Rails to perform various movements safely and effectively. We do offer private on-boarding if the dates/times above don’t work for your schedule.

All On-Boarding is first come, first serve! So get signed up today.
